CET Type Horizontal Easy-Dismounting Centrifugal Electric Pump
Description of Horizontal Centrifugal Electric Pump:
CET series horizontal easy-dismounting centrifugal electric pumps are designed in easy dismounting way to reduce the maintenance cost. The pump shaft and motor shaft are separated and assembled by coupling. Without any crane equipment, no mater how big the motor power is, one and only one person can replace the motor bearing and mechanical seal within 20 minutes.
Design Features of Horizontal Centrifugal Pump:
- Split coupled transmission part is designed to make the maintenance of pump unit easier. The maintenance can be proceed without dismounting the pump and removing the motor.
- Fully enclosed, balanced and one piece-type impeller is designed to reduce the vibration and noise.
- Inner flushing device improve the operation conditions and prolong the service life.
- High precision water cycle(lubrication) bearings and outside balanced mechanical seals designed to support the system reasonably and make the running smoothly.
- Uncovered rotating parts with coupling guard for protection during operation
- Both horizontal and vertical construction for different installing condition.
