Introduction

The CENTFOS API 610 VS1 pump is a vertical suspended, single casing centrifugal pump designed in accordance with the latest edition of API 610 for refinery, petrochemical, offshore, and heavy-duty industrial applications.

The VS1 configuration features a vertical suspended shaft design with the impeller mounted below the mounting plate and supported by line shaft bearings. This arrangement makes it ideal for applications where the pump must operate in deep sumps, pits, or tanks, while the driver remains safely mounted above the liquid level.
