CPA Series Chemical Process Pump

The CPA series chemical process pumps are single stage, single suction, overhung centrifugal pumps. It is used to deliver corrosive liquid not containing solid particles and similar to water in viscosity. The suction flange is axially cast, while the discharge flange is radially cast. It’s designed according to ISO2858 standard. They are featured by a wide range of performance, high efficiency, and superior standardization, easy maintenance etc. It’s back pull-out design allows disassembling the casing cover and rotary components without removing the pipe.

CPA centrifugal chemical pumps are used to handle medium between -20℃~105℃, and even higher temperature medium of provided with cooling measures in case of need. They are suitable for the industries of chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals, synthetic fiber, etc. The components in contact with the medium flow are made of stainless steel, maximum service pressure up to 1.6 MPa.

 

 

Description of Chemical Process Pump:

CPA series single stage end suction pumps are designed according to ISO5199 and ISO2858 standard, mainly be applied for chemical process water or liquid with fewer solids, hot water, ethyl alcohol, sugar refinery and other industrial process water and sea water. There are three different impeller type can be chosen according to different request: closed, semi-open and open impellers.

 

Design Feature of Electric Chemical Pump:

Similar appearance with GE series end suction pump but added strengthen tendon on the casing to ensure that suitable for multi-request for chemical process request.
Design strictly according to ISO5199 and ISO2858 design, every part can be interchangeability with other same standard brands.
Back pull-out design and contact the pump and motor through coupling for easy installing and dismantling.
Five size type of shaft of bearing house for the whole series to ensure the less stock and less time of lead time
Shaft seal: Gland packing seal, single/double/back to back non-balanced mechanical seal, single/double/back to back balanced mechanical seal
WAX casting for casing and impeller to make sure high efficiency and wonderful surface.
Flange standard can be made to DIN, ANSI, ISO and another special standard
